Our policy in relation to client privacy

Our Policy
Nbchosting takes the matter of client privacy very seriously indeed, and we are committed to assure your privacy.  Find below the measures we employ to assure your privacy and how we treat  information gathered from you.

Security
Our servers are managed securely and all information on the servers is held as securely as possible. All our support staff are bound by a privacy code of practice and have signed legally binding agreements in relation to client privacy and server security. 

Information and Use
No information collected from you will ever be shared with third parties. Nbchosting will never pass any information collected from you on to anyone, except when required by law.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user such as what date and time the user entered the site etc.  We personally don't use cookies on the site to gather information from you, but some third party software we use may required cookies to be enabled. This reasons for this are purely technical and nothing more.

IP's and Log Files
Our stats program, like all others, tracks IPs and cookies,  and user navigation of our site.  This is just the IP linked to your service provider which is used to count 'unique' (first visits only) and 'raw' return site visits only. Personal information is in no way passed on by cookies or IPs.

Your Webspace and E-mail
We in no way gather information from your site or E-mails.  Your site is yours and we don't interfere; as is your E-mail which is only read by you.  But we do stress that you bide by the rules as we reserve the right to check your site at any time for illegal content.
